Paulette McNab1 StarTo be honest I would not give even a one but as there is no other option, I have had to select none star. Having attended The Towers Inn in March with my daughter, I am not happy that she has received two final notification letters (she was not sent the first or second ones) for £85. When she arrived why was she bot asked if she had parked her car in the car park and told she had to input her car registration number as most caring businesses who have the same set up? It should be part of the training that staff ask all customers, no matter how busy they are. I have left a message for you to call me to resolve this matter.Saturday 7th May 2022
caroline allen2 StarAlthough the pub was nice the service was terrible and the staff didn't inform us the deal was not on even tho we asked for the deal. It wasn't till we got the receipt and questioned the amount we was informed of this. It's a shame really as we would have been quite happy with it but the communication was lacking and they were more interested in something they had lost or was removed from behind the barSaturday 29th January 2022

Zoe Louise5 StarWent to the Towers for the first time with my mum. Food was incredible nice and hot and fresh. 100% eat from here again. But a massive thank you to kerri who served us. She such a lovely person, made the visit more rememberable to have a laugh and a smile with the staff. She a credit to the towers.Thursday 3rd February 2022
