The Chapel Hill Duo5 StarWe had a issue with a manufacturing fault with a patio door. Tom came out promptly, identified the issue straight away and wrote us a comprehensive explanation that we sent to the manufacturer. Great guy, very helpful and helped us to get it sorted quickly. We are getting him back to help us with a stubborn stable door and some sticking windows shortly and I’m sure he’ll do a cracking job.Wednesday 3rd November 2021
