He replaced my boiler, changed 6 radiators and even took time to look at a problem I had with my shower unit and fixed it within an hour. ANNA SCRIVENER5 StarI initially used Tom to replace our boiler and he has become a firm fave for all our plumbing needs, doing our boiler service every year. He has done work in our bathroom, replacing a sink unit, bath panel and towel rail. He also removed a radiator for me. He has also taken the time to share with me what I need to do to keep things running smoothly, which is something not all Tradeys can be bothered with, especially if you're a woman! A Bo5 StarTom was recommended by a friend when my old boiler finally packed up.
I had a few quotes and Tom was reasonably priced and explained the process for me.
I got booked in for a few days as he also replaced a couple of radiators, but there must be something in his tea as he was done in a day, only needing to return to finish another small problem he found, unrelated to the boiler.
All in i found Tom to be a honest, friendly bloke and will definitely be calling him if im in need!Monday 5th September 2022
