Keith Lamb3 StarHad a battery fitted to a very expensive watch. The first person could not get the back to fit back on. I had to call next day to see if it had been sorted. A different person had not been told about it so nothing had been done. He sorted it very quickly but it entailed 2 visits to the store instead of one.Tuesday 18th October 2022
Karl5 StarPopped in for a quick watch battery replacement. Met the new manager of the shop who was an excellent bloke. Customer service was awesome, happy to run to their sister store when he realised he didn't have the right battery in. Timpson's, keep a hold of this guy, he'll do you right! Also cut me 2 new house keys and overall price was very reasonable.Monday 29th August 2022
Karl Ellis5 StarOffered great service, was having issues with my car key not always working and the gentleman (youngish bloke) had a quick look, and offered the cut brand new key for me quite cheap. Always friendly whenever you arrive and willing to have a laugh.
