I am so grateful to have found Carlos from Tito's Plumbing & Maintenance & no doubt will be using his services in the future too. He has come to my rescue several times already in the last 8 months. So far he has installed a new toilet, new shower unit, new kitchen tap which heats water, new washing machine connection and fixed other bits & bobs for me along the way. He is professional, works tidily, polite & very importantly, keeps to his word. Very likeable, friendly young man - excellent plumber too! Can't recommend him highly enough.

This level of professionalism is highly appreciated, as it demonstrates their commitment to providing excellent service. The plumber was courteous, friendly, and immediately put me at ease with their expertise and knowledge. When it came to assessing the issue, the plumber was thorough and efficient. They quickly identified the source of the leak and explained the problem to me in a clear and understandable manner. It was evident that they possessed a deep understanding of plumbing systems, and their confidence instilled trust in their abilities. Moreover, I was impressed by the plumber's tidiness and respect for my home. He took great care to protect the surrounding area, using drop cloths and cleaning up after the job was completed. My electric shower had packed in so I required a replacement fairly quickly. Luckily Tito had some spare time and responded quickly. After collecting a replacement he fitted it for me without fuss. One very happy customer. I will use him again for sure. Thoroughly recommend Tito. A very well mannered fellow.

had a disgusting interaction with the man who I can only assume is the owner of the company. After parking on our private drive way and blocking my car so I could not get out and asked by us to move his van he became very aggressive and hostile. He threatened us saying he’ll be back as he knows where we live but we don’t know where he lives when we said we would call the police he said “I don’t care about the police”. Well little did he know I recorded the whole interaction including him threatening us from our bedroom window looking out onto the private drive. Disgusting behaviour considering he is representing his company in.
