So had an issue with our boiler that nobody seemed to have any idea as to how to repair. Spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone and he managed to solve the issue right there and then. I Could not of been more grateful. The service he gave over the phone was spot on and would definitely recommend. The information he gave whilst on the phone he could had quite easily of popped round and done himself then charged me a call out fee etc etc. a very happy man. Many thanks.
