Todor understood the need for the materials to complement our listed property and produced good quality brick and flint samples for our agreement. As the wall was retaining he ensured the groundwork was properly constructed and robust enough to provide support in the hillside situation. He works with the minimum of fuss but keeps us informed of progress and any issues during the whole project. The standard of his brickwork and flint napping are excellent and the finished wall is very impressive. Todor kept all appointments from the beginning, starting work at a date of my request. He worked hard to complete the work on time although it took him slightly longer than he expected and he worked late one evening to finish. His workmanship is excellent, he takes pride in his work and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We are delighted with the work Todor did replacing our old broken patio with a new one with a different layout. His suggestions for different aspects of the work were always very good. It is obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work. The work was done to the price agreed, and the site was left very tidy on completion. Would definitely recommend.

Superb. Todor was great at providing a sensible quote and delivering a high quality of work. He and his team worked flat out (starting at 8am and finish sometimes at 7pm). The attention to detail was high and the end result looks brilliant. Can't recommend him highly enough. He was even flexible with a few tweaks mid way through.

This was the third time I have hired Todor and his team to do some work in the house. This time it was a concrete base for a greenhouse. Once again the team did an excellent work. Once again the job was done on the date agreed, the team arrived early, worked all day. The base was done perfectly to the specifications and before leaving they cleaned everything so that no rubbish or dirt was left behind.

Awesome! We had a small eyesore overgrown back garden. We decided to make it into a patio so we could at least make use of it – What we got was an “Alan Titmarsh – Love Your Garden” transformation. Todor is amazing – very experienced, professional, eye-for-detail, hard-working. But he’s also got that rare extra talented vision for a garden. We got quotes just to lay a patio – but he made the entire space into a beautiful aesthetic garden. We now have raised flower beds, bordered with sleepers. A path all of 9m to our shed and a beautifully laid patio. The drainage is professional. We had gutter ground drainage. Todor checked it out and said it needed more comprehensive drainage which he installed. There were no extra costs, except for a small second skip. He created a garden way beyond our expectations. We’re just blown away by the job he did. And we now absolutely love our garden!

The quote arrived promptly after a site visit. They were able to begin to suit a date that I had in mind. Every day the crew turned up at 7.30 to begin work. The site was prepared with areas for the slabs, concrete and mixer to minimise disruption and damage to our drive. The work was carried out with skill and knowledge and took two days less that I had been told. The crew were well mannered and obliging and the finished job is superb. It is everything that I hoped for - the standard of work is first rate and exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is thinking of having any hard landscaping done.
