Fantastic service from the first call - collection. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were extremely busy when I arrived, but a gentleman dressed in a suit who I assumed was the manager served me as soon as he noticed I was there. Don't collect my parts much, but would highly recommend these guys & girls.

Excellent service .The helpfulness of the staff cannot be exaggerated.. I telephoned to enquire about a tyre pressure monitor for my VW Tiguan. After checking, the person I spoke with went to some trouble to explain that my model does not have a TPM inside the tyre but rather the monitor is part of the ABS system. He went on to give a simple explanation of the basic principles and even suggested where I might take my car to have the part fitted. This was all the more appreciated because I had already contacted another car part supplier in Portsmouth who was somewhat dismissive in telling me they did not stock a TPM for my car. This was undoubtedly true but the difference in the helpfulness and consideration between them and TPS was remarkable.
