After reading some great reviews, we contacted Tom at TR Plumbing and Maintenance to quote on a couple of jobs throughout the house. He seemed like a lovely guy so we were happy to proceed. We needed the radiator, toilet, sink and unit all plumbed in within the downstairs toilet as well as some other radiators throughout the house. Being an older property with its quirks it's never an easy job but Tom made light work of completely revamping our downstairs toilet. He was really considerate, punctual and tidy too so we would have no problems in recommending him.

Tom was initially contacted to install several new vertical radiators, a kitchen sink and also a downstairs WC, whilst in the midst of a house renovation. He was very prompt, arriving on time and providing a quote which was incredibly reasonable. He was very professional and approachable in his work, and was also more than happy to answer any additional questions I had. He also kept me fully informed throughout the process and was able to accommodate some additional work that popped up, such as a double pocket door and additional radiator installations. He provided accurate timescales and completed the work efficiently. He also cleaned up after work was completed each day which was greatly appreciated.

Highly recommend this guy . His workmanship is very good, I've used Tom over the last few weeks. From having pipe work moved, installation of a second toilet and having two outside taps installed. I found him to be very responsive and communication is excellent. All work completed at a reasonable cost. Hopefully soon we'll be having a complete bathroom refit, tom is currently quoting me for this, no hesitation in employing him He is a quality guy to recommend !

We needed a bathroom tap replaced and two pop up wastes installed, a new toilet seat (we’ve been trying to fix for years!) and a blockage investigating. Tom was excellent from start to finish. He came out to assess the work and sent a quote the same day, coming out to complete the work a couple of days later. He was friendly, professional, efficient and punctual. I’d been let down by a few companies before finding his number and it’s such a relief to find such a reliable, trustworthy person who clearly takes pride in his work. His final bill was actually LESS than the original quote! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again. Thank you!
