Very disappointing! Went there always to get my nails done and I was always very happy with it. This time I got the long lasting nail Color which was 3£ more. I let it dry for minimum 3h, but my nails were damaged already after a half day. So I went there a day after to show them my nails and ask if she can change the color. She wasn’t very happy about it and very unfriendly but said I should choose a color. usually my nails last for a week. That’s why I don’t wanted to use the same color. But she said I have to use the same and they will just fix the damaged nail. But almost all of them were damaged! She started jelling at me and said it would be my fold. Wow I never experienced something like this. I was speechless. I don’t wanted to stay there and left. Will never go there again. You don’t treat your customers like this. And I asked so nicely.

I would like to thank god for the traffic that prevented me from going there, because I experienced the terrible customer service and rudeness on the phone before even setting foot in the shop. Out of courtesy I called to cancel the appointment because it seemed that I wouldn’t likely make it in the next 20-30 minutes (London traffic jams obviously) and I didn’t want them to lose the chance of potential customers (everytime I pass there it is not full anyways but I like calling always if I am not able to make it to any appointment anywhere even hours before but I genuinely thought I would be there on time or even only 10 minutes late). The rude woman on the phone wouldn’t allow me to even actually speak and hung up the phone. This was only a few minutes after my actual appointment. I could literally not have called, you should realise that I was doing you a favour. All in all, extremely thankful that I didn’t get to experience what could be even worse customer treatment inside the shop.
