shelby kempton1 StarWaited an hour an half for our food for it to come cold. Asked for sauce that was meant to come with the meal and they didnt even bring it. Had nothing in stock so had to reorder 3 times!! Complained and got free desserts which come a lot quicker than the mains but they was cold and dry and wasn't as it appeared on the menu! ALSO THEY RAN OUT OF SALT! so had to have tasteless dry chips! Don’t recommend going for food!Thursday 14th July 2022
lauren hardwick1 StarFood was very very disappointing ordered mix grill everything just tasted burnt. Chips were awful and onion rings were soggy. Also ordered the jerk chicken skewers nothing jerk about them had a plate full of oil and chips were all wet. Desert was the best bit will never come againSunday 3rd July 2022
Daniel Ray3 Starthis is an edited review. two years ago I gave them 5 stars but then today I went in and found a table that was suitable for our party size and there was discarded food on the floor around table and the tabel was covered in food mess. I went and asked politely if they could send someone to wipe down table. the girl behind the bar who I asked gave me a weird look but said she would send someone. They never came and so I had to clean my self using serviettes. the kids meals we ordered for our two kids were very small. One of the kids meals was a margherita pizza nd it was literally the size of a microwave goodfellas pizza. In fact it very well could have been one of those. All this being said I reduce my review to 3 stars.Sunday 23rd October 2022
