I had a major upgrade to my Control 4 system to tie in with a SKY Q upgrade. These guys were very professional from Andy's visit to quote to the installation. Warren was here for 3 days doing the upgrade, great guy, extremely professional, very helpful and took time to explain every last detail. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

A couple of months back I asked for a quote for a home cinema room. The gentleman who came out was perfectly lovely, but then I never heard anything back. I called up on three separate occasions and while a message was taken each time no one ever called me back. While I can respect they are probably very busy this delayed me getting started by a few weeks.

Started off great 1st impressions - the owner Andy visited my house when he said he would, he was professional, friendly & honest. At this point I could not fault Trusted to be honest. But this is where the positive ended....I had to keep chasing up a breakdown of the quote which to this day almost 4 months later I have never received - communication was extremely poor which is not what you expect with an almost £3k quotation and all the positive reviews on here. Excuse after excuse why they had been off sick, on holiday, told to ring up so I called and then asked to send an email which I did then they pretend they don't know what my query is about. As the customer I had to keep chasing, most the time no response whatsoever. It definitely makes you worry if they can't provide a basic response on time, can you rely on them to turn up to do the works when they say they will?? Unfair for me to comment on workmanship, as due to the high quotation we decided we could get the same work done at a fraction of the price. Around a third of the Trusted quote to be precise and I'm really happy with my decision as we can now afford an extra holiday with the money we have saved plus an additional sub for my Bose Lifestyle system. I'm sure it's not dodgy by looking at all the happy customers on here but there's something not right about (i) not providing a transparent breakdown of costs which is what I was continually requesting and (ii) requesting payment up front. I will never pay for works up front unless it someone I have used previously and can trust. Just think if the company went into administration - you've lost all your money! Just looks like they're out their to rip you off. Save your money and treat yourself to that extra holiday! (Or two!).
