Turner and Holman Chartered Quantity Surveyors was founded by Ray Turner and Dennis Holman in 1951, the Practice is now run by Principal David Fotheringham assisted by Associate Harold Morris and the remainder of the office team. The practice operates from its office base in York, but provides services for projects throughout Yorkshire and beyond. A full range of Quantity Surveying Services are provided for a wide variety of projects including Housing, Education sector, Restoration and Conservation Works, Museum projects, Health Facilities and many others, further information about the range of services and projects is given in the remainder of this website.
