The George Little Brickhill1 StarAbsolutely shocking service.
Arranged for some works to be done for a pre arranged fee.
Then they replace items without my authorisation. Only to then charge me £131 for a smoke detector head. They changed 20 without any instructions. The heads retail at £14 each. Then they invoice me for £4600.
I challenge the bill and then they appoint a debt collector.
They also said I needed a new control board. But I replied with “it’s working fine” then after 5 minutes of the engineer playing. With it. It now has a fault that wasn’t there prior.

Jim Rosseter1 StarWhen their rep came round to quote us for a service contract when we mentioned we needed our alarm panel looking at he said he would send an engineer. Two engineers turned up, spent 20 minutes here and left saying we would need a new panel. they invoiced us £240 for that. Then when eventually we did get a quote for a new panel it was double every other quote we had. When we tried to reason with them over the £240 for 20 minutes work, they took no notice and threatened legal action if we didn't pay. So grudgingly we are going to pay, but I will never use or recommend TVF to anyone.Monday 27th November 2017
