Twelve Trees has given exceptional care to my mother. I cannot fault the management and staff in their dedication and commitment to their residents care. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated and provides an extremely welcoming home from home. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for residential care.

What an absolute amazing home, the care my Dad has had over the past few months has been incredible. Beautiful rooms, fresh cooked food catering to everyone’s needs, clean, lots of activities and most importantly the most caring staff we could have wished for. My Dad’s end of life care this week has been heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time, staff sitting with him holding his hand if we weren’t there, lots of love,care and attention to his every last need, also giving me and my family hugs and shoulders to cry on. 5 star recommendation is nowhere near enough, thank you everyone at Twelve Trees 💕💕 We will forever be grateful

Went to see my step-mum, Jean Owen on Saturday and was really impressed with 1) The Staff . . . very helpful and courteous 2) The Care home itself. Didn't smell of food etc. and very clean. My Mum's bedroom was also lovely. 3) Would definitely recommend
