I think you can best judge a business by how they deal with problems and I have to say Twelvetrees were absolutely fantastic and really went over and above to rectify the problem within 24 hours. The fabulous duo Sharnie and Sam who fitted our carpets are a credit to the business and we can't speak highly enough of them.
