DAVID PARKES5 StarWe had Ultra Vision install our alarm and CCTV system in October 21 and from start to finish it was an exemplary service and a great installation. Back office were great at booking us in. The install engineer Adam and his various sidekicks - Connor and Billie were brilliant, tidy and courteous. There was very little damage and they cleared away all the cobwebs in the loft for nothing it seems!! Rob Drew offered sound advice and a very competitive quote - and there were no extras. May i pass on my gratitude and thanks for Ultravision’s prompt and professional response to my problem of not being able to connect remotely to my camera system.
I called your office this morning and was excellently dealt with by Ceinwen, who said she would contact an engineer about the problem.
Later in the day, Sam made contact with me, but i wasn’t at home and he kindly agreed I could call him back when i was home.
I subsequently texted him and left a message on voicemail to say I was home.
Sam called me back after he had finished work (after 7pm) and he was at home. He said it would have been sooner, but his ear piece had failed, hence the call when he got home, which went beyond the call of duty.
The problem was swiftly resolved by Sam, and I’m now back up and running.
May I ask that my thanks and grateful appreciation are passed on to Ceinwen and Sam.
