How you access the skills of a coffee shop order a cold brew or long black, Which brings the true favor of the beans they are using. This place never disappoints me, one of my go go options in Edinburgh.

I visited brew lab the day it opened in 2012 and have recently been back in Edinburgh to visit again. 10 years later the quality of the drinks and ambience are unchanged and equally impressive. The coffee is fantastic and the whole experience from start to finish is wonderful. Among the best coffee shops in the UK without a doubt.

Nice choice of good quality coffee, was taking out and tried the house Rwanda which was extremely well poured. Very tasty and loved the little coffee gadgets and books had on offer! Would love to come back and sit in next time I'm in town

What's happened to my beloved Brew Lab! So loud was the heavy rock music I couldn't talk without shouting; they've stopped getting the FT Newspaper which elevated its game & now worst of all, one member of staff 'asked' for tips and glowered hate while saying 'Have a nice day' when I didn't Don't let this stop you going however, as it consistently serves amongst the best coffee I have ever had, but they could focus more on raising the standard 'where' we get to drink it like it used to be.
