In October last Bekim came and gave us a quote to level our garden by raising the ground all round. He then wanted to start the work quickly so we agreed a week later. His brother came and started the work and we never saw Bekim again. They were never on time, missing a few days of good weather. We paid as agreed and were told not to walk on the grass for two weeks. After two weeks and a bit we found that the grass was sinking under our feet at the edges and parts of the middle by about 6 inches leaving it below the wooden sleepers put around the borders. Even our garderner who recommended V C Landscapes in the first place said that the work was of a very poor quality. Repeated calls to Bekim and messages to his voicemail went unanswered. Would not use V c Landscapes ever again nor recommend them to anyone.

When I first met Bekim, he seemed to be very professional and eager to do the job. We agreed terms and conditions. Bekim doesnt carried the work himself. His brother and 3 other gentlemas is the ones who will be on site. I can't say anything against them. My experience became sour at the end of the project. On the last day, it started to rain and the cement went all over the paving. Trusting Bekim words, I made a full payment and we agreeded that they would come back to remove the excess of cement. Which cost nothing, compare to the amount i paid for the work. Several phone calls were amde as well as several promises to come back next day and sort things out. Until now , nobody bothered . I have been left with a strong layer of cement on top of cobles stones, which I struggle a lot to remove it. It requires a very strong acid to be used. Out of frustation and with so many calls rejected, I called Bekin from a different mobile number, which he wasnt familiar with and of course he picked up. But until today, nobody came to fix anything. Would i recomed them?? No! Because after receiving payment, whatever goes wrong, they would never fix it. If I would have known upfront how I would be let down I wouldnt have went ahead with them. I am very dissapointed with the behaviour .My feeling? As soon as the work it paid they don't bother anymore.
