I can easily say this store is the Harrods of all vape shops. They have some incredible gear in this shop. Paul is an absolute legend too. Never met him before, but was treated as if we were best mates as soon as I stepped in the door. He enlightened me on a lot of stuff I didn't know about that I should, because i also work in a vape shop in New Zealand. I ended up getting an Alkatraz RDA by Häze and a Balrog with a Tinis tank both by UD. Oh, and the Biscotti saltnic juice by MiNiMaL is exceptional. Going to be making a lot of purchases from Vapetime in the near future.

This is the only place I come to for vape stuff, whether it be coils, a new tank, or just liquids. The team at Vapetime are all very knowledgable and friendly, and are more are more than happy to help with any and all queries. I honestly can’t recommend Vapetime enough across all boards, from the products they stock all the way down to the location near the train station. They put an emphasis on only stocking the highest quality products, and I’ve been told they don’t sell anything they wouldn’t use themselves. It’s always a pleasure visiting the store! :)

Walked into the store in Winchester to buy a new vape, spent well over an hour and a half chatting to Peter who happily went through all the options. Ended up walking out with a full set up, mod, batteries, liquid, the shops own designed tank and coils (which comes with a great bonus of a free coil every time you spend a certain amount on liquid, how great is that?) Honestly couldn't rate the service any better, Peter was chatty, freindly and extremely helpful, as well as telling me that the shop does not stock anything they would not personally use or recommend to a good freind, which means that the quality of everything in that shop is top notch. Really pleased with everything I bought. This place will now be the only place I go for my vaping needs. Seriously recommend.

The staff at vapetime Winchester are very polite and helpful nothing is too much trouble. They are genuinely interested in helping you find the right kit and flavours to suit you. I enjoy going each time to the shop to restock on liquids etc. If you want to vape or are vaping already I would strongly recommend going to this store.

Fantastic vape shop. Friendly, helpful staff who are prepared to spend time with you instead of getting a sale as quickly as possible. Also just brilliant to see a selection of hardware and liquids that cover all the bases but in such a thoughtful way. It's not just some products shoved on shelves, it's a curated collection.
