Kris5 StarTop service as always! I’ve been coming here for years and just brought my Audi S3 for a Haldex oil and filter service for the DSG gearbox. Also a full service. Booked in 2 weeks prior and work carried out in one day as planned! Billy is very reasonably priced for the work carried out.Tuesday 27th September 2022
Steve Brown1 StarRubbish. The guy had the car for 8 weeks, yes EIGHT. Made numerous calls to him asking for updates. Told numerous times it would be done, promise after promise. Went down 3 weeks ago and the car was still parked in the same place, never moved. Called him last Friday and it was sorted, but still needed MOT. Promised I'd get an update on Wednesday and it never happened. Went to see him today and car still hasn't moved. Took car away and will look for a competent mechanic who can actually fix the car.
If the guy couldn't do it he should have said so. Keeping the car 8 weeks and feeding us lies is poor service.
I'd NEVER recommend this guy to blow my tyres up never mind replace brakes etc. Avoid like the plague.Saturday 6th August 2022
silkatom548811 StarDO NOT go to this garage. They have kept a hold of my car for 2 months and are not active /responsive in the slightest. They Have refused to speak to family members requesting updates on my behalf and frequently dodge phone calls. The same family member went to the garage in person after being told it would be done next week (weeks ago) and the car hadn’t moved from the lot. Bill is a bad person and a bad mechanic. There’s nothing other garages in the area I would recommend well before this dump.Monday 1st August 2022

Gemmy5 StarBilly is a great mechanic! We have lived not far from here my whole life but always used Halford. Decided to try it after shocking customer service experience from Halford and have never strayed from Billy since. Fair prices with a great knowledgeable mechanic.Monday 22nd March 2021
