Adbel was excellent with his explanations and went through set-up for our home security ensuring he provided options which suit our household. He also gave advise on whether paying for certain products would be beneficial or not based on the layout of our property. He then went through the whole process of configuring the cameras and devices ensuring they showed coverage that I was happy with for our home. We also completed a demo of what would happen if the alarm was triggered and what sort of response I could expect to receive. Excellent service throughout and helped me make informed decisions. The only constructive feedback I would provide is punctuality. When we had the consultation appointment he was late which meant an appointment I had made to commence after his was delayed by 30 mins meaning the person I was due to see had to wait. Then on the next day, installation was meant to commence at 9am but he didn't arrive until about 10:30am, which wasn't so much of a deal as I had scheduled to be at home all day for the installation. Delighted with my verisure alarm and customer support. I accidentally set off my alarm myself and received prompt notifications to check all was OK. Cheri from customer support provided excellent service today to make sure I was getting the most from my new system, and was polite and friendly. I cant recommend them. I dealt with a guy called Tom H a while back and he was unpleasant. Found the company constantly trying to run away from their problems - not good service.

They are very happy to take your money, I've been paying them for 2 years but when things go wrong they don't help you, I've been emailing and calling their customer support (4 months and counting). Holly is supposedly my account manager, claims she will call you to fix the issue, also claim they will call you back but no one does. I contacted multiple people in the company but always get redirected back to Holly, who doesn't do anything. They've also continued to take money from my bank account even though I cancelled my direct debit, I've got all the emails to prove their lack of responsiveness and care ...i have been stressing this issue for 4 months months so far. Hopefully escalating the issue here i will finally get a response!
