Adbel was excellent with his explanations and went through set-up for our home security ensuring he provided options which suit our household. He also gave advise on whether paying for certain products would be beneficial or not based on the layout of our property. He then went through the whole process of configuring the cameras and devices ensuring they showed coverage that I was happy with for our home. We also completed a demo of what would happen if the alarm was triggered and what sort of response I could expect to receive. Excellent service throughout and helped me make informed decisions. The only constructive feedback I would provide is punctuality. When we had the consultation appointment he was late which meant an appointment I had made to commence after his was delayed by 30 mins meaning the person I was due to see had to wait. Then on the next day, installation was meant to commence at 9am but he didn't arrive until about 10:30am, which wasn't so much of a deal as I had scheduled to be at home all day for the installation. Delighted with my verisure alarm and customer support. I accidentally set off my alarm myself and received prompt notifications to check all was OK. Cheri from customer support provided excellent service today to make sure I was getting the most from my new system, and was polite and friendly. Took this alarm for my shop offlicense from Ivan, manager of Bristol UK, he has been a nightmare and very rude treating my family and me with a lot of disrespect and also lied about prices but was too late as he made me sign contract almost pushing me. I won't recommend anyone from other offlicenses to this man. I'm sorry for Verisure as it's a good company, but there's people like Ivan manager who are not representing well and all my friends says the same.
