Consultation, sales and fitting of alarm system took place on the same day. The consultant/engineer was thorough, helpful and efficient. Things that could be improved are 1, Process of quotation and arriving on a total final price on the day was not to my liking. Verisure is following kitchen and bedroom fitters. Not all the customers are good in negotiating and could end up paying more than value of the product and service. 2, Booklet provided to customers are not clear and have to be improved to help the customers 3, promotional video shows a woman carrying the control unit in her hand without any wires. But we cannot remove the lead from the unit We used Verisure in London for several years and we're very happy with it. We've just moved out to the coast so we're relieved that Verisure covered our new area. Jon came over to activate our existing equipment and he was professional, efficient, friendly and got the job done with no hassles. We couldn't peel our Verisure sign from our old walk so Jon promised he would send some our way once they were available. Great service, very happy. This is a flog it and leg it venture. Avoid at all cost, don't make the same mistake I made. I ignored the reviews, and now I am paying the price for my ignorance. To make matters worst customers service is absolutely appalling.

Absolute scumbags I have been with this company for the past 5 years since they opened in the United Kingdom - From the very first alarm system that I had signed up for I have had immense issues - they say one thing and do something different, in total I had taken out three systems from them and I had recommended my family to them too in total we have taken out 7 systems. I personally believe this company has direct hands with thieves in the areas and they manipulate people to take out their system or they actually get your property burgled. The reps I don't think they even understand what they're talking about, I have been mis-sold products from this company on two occasions but I'll let it slide. As really they do have a very good system once you start paying them they are like the digital world of the mafias- you pay them they give you the protection off an alarm system if you stop paying them then they'll get your property burgled. Anyway let's just get to the point I would not recommend this company as an absolute you have other companies that come out with similar technology and much cheaper. Recently I have contacted very sure as my 3-year contract is coming to an end to ask them for a discount I was told I would have somebody call me back but it's been over a month I'm still waiting. I will be changing suppliers as the customer services in this company is like from the Stone Age. I would be walking away with everyone that I had recommended Plus all the systems that I have with verisure. You need to understand your business is a live cos of people like us that pay you once you're squeezed you're finished. I will post on all my social media platform of the horrendous service that I have received from verisure- I have near enough 500k people that follow me on my social media sites. I would love to couple this company and send them back to where they come from... "nothing" Stay away from this company they'll only give you problems.
