Friendly and professional staff is very attentive to the wishes of customers and help to create any idea you bring to them. I returned many times and chose various products: cups, paintings, watches, gems. Every time the final product far exceeded initial expectations. The last project was a family picture in which they were put together four generations, which is not easy but their patience and understanding made the final result to amaze me. Worth entrants. I ordered engraved whiskey glasses as a thank you for my son's Sunday football team managers at the end of the season. I had not realised I could choose a font and had not chosen a very effective one. Daniel from Vision Personalised Gifts emailed me with a s suggested alternative. The glasses are substantial and the engraving absolutely perfect - exactly what I was hoping for. I also ordered the gift boxes which have made these look like a really luxurious present all for £20 each. I ordered over the weekend and the items had been delivered by Wednesday, even with the query of font style. Lovely product and excellent service - thank you!
