Lovely spa, friendly team and good service. Been for many treatments including lashes and nails and it's all been very good. I was running really late for an appointment once and the team were so accommodating and kind despite this. Recommended!

Had a hot stone massage booked for myself as a birthday gift, but was disappointed to turn up and be informed that the hot stones weren’t working, so I was going to have to pick another massage (wasn’t given an apology for this inconvenience). Found this quite disappointing to be told so last minute but decided to go for a Swedish massage instead. Was good but not one of the best massages I’ve had. Also lasted 80 minutes when it’s advertised as 90 minutes, which again was disappointing. I asked when paying if I would be able to get a discount due to being told that I couldn’t have the hot stone massage that I had booked. They said that they weren’t sure if they could offer me a discount, and that they did try and call me before the appointment to tell me there was no hot stones (but this was only 30 mins prior to my appointment so regardless, still very last minute info). I was given a 10% discount in the end but did find the customer service quite disappointing- it would have been nice if they offered me the opportunity to reschedule my massage so that I could have hot stones, or even just an apology for the inconvenience when I came in would have been nice but I didn’t get that. I appreciate it’s not their fault the hot stones didn’t work but I do think the customer service could have been better :)

A fantastic building in the heart of Winchester. The staff are very helpful and accommodating to your needs. I had the full body signature massage which was really enjoyable and helped alot. The one and only reason this isn't a 5 star review is it is on the higher end price bracket for massage prices but is worth it. I would definitely go back again.

Really disappointed in my treatment yesterday. I booked (and was charged for) a 75 minute pro firm facial. It lasted less than 45 minutes apparently for ‘room turn around’. Never have I had a treatment end so much in advance of the advertised and charged for time. Why even offer different lengths of treatment. The facial itself wasn’t too bad although the head massage included pulling my hair for a good few minutes. Having asked both the therapist and the receptionist about the shortened time of the treatment I was offered a half hearted sorry and still charged the full amount. Really disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend.

Welcoming staff, tranquil atmosphere. Booked in for a 90 minute post natal massage, which was wonderful. Spacious room, soothing oils and music to relax the mind. Massage was great, but rushed..Will go back for sure, hopefully this time they won’t be short staffed. I really felt for them, as they were back to back with appointments and running late due to staff sickness. Everything from storage to masks was carefully considered. Definitely Covid compliant. That said they were all very pleasant.
