I love the team in Belfast, everywhere you go! But overall is very hard to tell, as I’ve been fraud from the inside of the vodafone team! Still dealing with this! Absolutely disgraceful and it last for month, even knowing that their calls are recorded and still I have to go through all over again and again! Problem is not solved, my bill is more than doubled and knowing that I haven’t signed any contract, someone from Vodafone did it and now I have to deal with it….. extremely frustrating and disappointing…. Sadly Can’t wait until my contract ends!

Went into the store in Forestside to try and get a new phone. Recently moved up from the Republic and was told my new First Trust bank account was blocking an I'd verification. Its a new account and has never been registered to a different address. I showed them a bank statement but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I've been a loyal Vodafone customer down south and never missed a payment. Its ridiculous that that they wouldn't except other proof of address. No reflection on service in store, that was top class. Vodafone HQ seriously need to rethink how they verify peoples addresses. I'll be taking my business to O2

I’m only giving 1 star as zero is not an option. Bought a Samsung flip last year and was told the phone had a 2 year warranty (including screen). Sent the phone to be repaired (through the shop) as the screen was showing wear and tear along the fold. It took over 9 days for the shop to send the phone to their repair centre to then be told that due to a dent on the back of my phone it was no longer under warranty. I was quoted £490 to replace the screen. Absolutely horrendous customer services from both the store and Vodafone customer services team. One call lasted 1hour and 20 mins. Passed to 4 different departments and still no-one could help explain why a dent on the back of my phone meant my warranty was voided. Will never enter into another contract with Vodafone. Now spending time checking how to get out of this contract!!!!!

Terrible service. Went in with the intention of buying a new phone on my contract, as my previous phone broke locking me out of everything and since Vodafone Sims have a network lock I couldn't recover anything as my old phones were on different networks. The sales clerk told me it would cost twice as much as what I'm paying now even though I was due an upgrade and I would have to be given a new number. Went outside and logged into my account on my friends phone and ordered a new phone all online without changing my number and for only £3 more of what I was already paying. Don't recommend at all

The customer service assistance at Forestside Vodafone shop in Belfast was, once again, absolutely hopeless. The assistant who I spoke to was unhelpful and uninterested. If you want a good professional service it is worth visiting the Castle Place store where staff know what they are doing.
