We pride ourselves on the best of British cuisine, taking advantage of the wonderful food resources available here in Cumbria. We buy from local farms, from our superb butcher, and an old fashioned local green grocer who offers daily deliveries of fruit and vegetables. Our milk is even brought to the door in glass bottles while you sleep!
