He was very upfront about all costs included, and would suggest what he feels we would and wouldn't benefit from and certain things he said wouldn't be useful in our property and so it didn't ever feel like he was just trying to get us to buy everything! Very easy to contact after fitting the alarm and quick to respond with any questions we had. We have added extras since the original fitting and he is very quick at coming out and getting those done for us. App is very simple and easy to use and much better value than elsewhere.
