Watchtower replaced and updated an existing alarm system and extended it to add about another 7 PIR’s and door contacts. Expert advice provided a hybrid system combining wired and wireless where other security companies advised that no such system existed, it would have to be one or the other. Great advice , enquired on Sunday, Kenny attended and quoted on the Monday and installed along with Steve the next Monday having purchased the necessary. Very courteous and professional and didn’t stop working. More importantly very tidy and respected house taking off shoes, putting sheets down and hoovering up after themselves. Kenny while he was here fixed a problem we had with our recently installed security camera system we had just had installed by another company. Turns out the other company had fitted it , left and not configured it properly. Kenny sorted it no charge. Shame we didn’t choose Watchtower for that job ! Still know who will be maintaining it... Cannot recommend enough these guys deserve to succeed. Absolutely first class.

I spoke with Kenny at Watchtower Security, and within 24 hours he was able to prioritise us a visit to sort out our alarm system. Chris and Mark did a great job at installing new pet friendly PIR’s and were efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys - great service, very trustworthy and excellent prices!

Can't recommend WatchTower enough. Had a CCTV and Alarm system fitted six months ago and found Kenny very professional and knowledgable. Prices are very competitive and he provides a superb aftersales service. He quickly responded and returned to the property to resolve an issue I had with the night vision quality of my cameras.
