Would like to add that owner of business has taken time to contact me and advise why decisions were made but also agreed to share learning with his team. i thus improved my rating and thank him for getting in touch - the importance of communication never to be underestimated Disappointed and surprised to be told that need new shower without the shower being inspected. After emailing question and complaint surprised not to have received a response. Contacted company after recommendations but wouldn’t use again if they can’t be bothered to acknowledge communication

The engineer turned up earlier than expected and he was very pleasant and polite. He carried out the work to the our satisfaction. Even though there was a query with the invoice, this was sorted straight away. We would use this company again.

We had a water dripping through the ceiling at lunchtime on 23rd December, I phoned Waterworx, who were absolutely amazing and booked us straight in for later that day. The engineer Dean, called and gave us an estimated time of arrival and then kept us up to date. Dean was very professional, explained the issue and repaired it very quickly and was very clean and tidy. Would recommend to everyone and will not be using another plumbing company, these guys are amazing, first class service!

Excellent service from all the guys that installed a new boiler for me. They were Very polite and friendly and trustworthy to be left while I had to work. They turned up on time every day and stayed till dark. They were very respectful in my home by making sure that there was no mess, always kept everything clean and tidy and made sure I was happy with everything. Big shout out to you all as you did a fantastic job in my home top rate big A star standard. Would absolutely recommend waterworx plumbing and heating services to everyone. Theresa.

The team at Waterworx plumbing and heating were very friendly and professional. Our boiler was not working and we contacted them Monday evening and they sent someone out first thing Tuesday morning. They identified the issue very quickly and my heating was soon back working again. Would recommend this company for any plumbing or heating issues you may have.
