Bought my A6 on Friday afternoon and collected on Monday morning from Wearside Audi. What an excellent and fast experience I had. Such a quick turn around without feeling asthough it was rushed either. Salesman Kevin helped and looked after me through the whole process, he was great and his service and knowledge was first class! Ive had alot of cars yet Ive never had an experience like I have with buying at Wearside Audi. For example, even though I was buying a second hand car I was treated as though I was buying a brand new car and getting the excitement of driving it out of the show room doors! I will be continuing to use Wearside Audi for all my servicing and repair needs due to Kevin! Hes an asset to the team! Please make sure this is passed onto him that would be great!

Firstly we’d like to thank Brian Dod who was fantastic throughout, brilliant communication with us during the whole process of buying our new car, Brian updating us daily. 100% professionalism from all the staff at this dealership, particularly in finding the car (RS3) that we wanted, it is hugely appreciated. How lovely it was to have our car revealed to us in our own private room, that made it feel all the more special. Also thanks to Sam for his help and Brian again, who gave us a full demonstration off all the cars functions. Many thanks also to Scott who joined us at the reveal and gave his invaluable knowledge on the car. And lastly many thanks for the champagne, lovely touch, we are thrilled with the car! Firstly, I'd like to thank Sam and Brian for the effort in the sales process this is my first time buying from a main dealer and I have to say it was 5 star, first class service. Having found my Audi RS6 on their website, I made and enquiry and before lunch the following the ball was rolling, excellent communication from start to finish and catered for all of my needs including a half decent cup of coffee when I went to collect the car. Everything was explained in detail, no hard selling or pushy sales tactics even when I declined several of their add on products the process simply moved on without question. Sam handled the initial engagement and Brian picked this up from the handover, all staff I spoke to and met were pleasant, professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable - Other dealers reading this take note. The RS6 was in the showroom under a silk-effect car cover, I was escorted over to the car and the RS6 was revealed to me, absolutely stunning looked like it just rolled off the factory production line - The RS6 is a few years old but you couldn't tell as both inside and out it was brand new. I was handed the keys and took the car out on a test drive, couldn't really open it up on the local roads however initial impressions were amazing. This isn't the first RS6 I've owned however the optional extras this machine came with made all the difference, keep finding new toys I didn't realise were installed such as a factory fitted Bose Subwoofer, Audi puddle lights and the favoured air ride suspension where my previous RS6 had DRC Hydraulic and was expensive to service and not as comfortable. At the end of the hand over I was met by Scott, one of the senior sales managers and he made sure everything went smoothly, great bunch of lads and lasses and I'll be certainly returning for future business.

I would really like to thank Brian for all of his help - he was fantastic as he realised when I initially came in for a new car, it was a little out of my price range and he had a look for a second hand car which would still fit what I was looking for, but would be more affordable. He found a great car, helped with an amazing deal and left one happy customer! He unfortunately was away when I picked up my car, but he made sure all of the paperwork was pretty much sorted beforehand and went through everything with me so when I picked up, it was an easy process.
