Wade and Simon have done it again for me, they always come through with the diagnosis and repair of faults on my vehicle, keeping me informed of the ongoing work and prognosis whilst also relaying the timeframe for how long the repairs will be. The knowledge base of both of these guys means that if you go in with any issue they will be able to resolve it either within the day you take it in or within the next few days and will always keep you updated as to what is going on.
