Rachael5 StarThis has become my go-to salon in London for my hair and nails. The ladies are so lovely, the place is sparkly clean, and I always feel relaxed and satisfied with the quality of service.
I need to give a special shout-out to Julieta for transforming the mess that was my hair - the pictures speak for themselves! I came in with some reference photos and she was very kind and patient in helping me pick the exact treatments and colours I needed. I really appreciated that she didn’t rush through and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. It has been two weeks since I had this done and I’m still over the moon with how the colour and cut have maintained.

They're really friendly and the booking process was a breeze. I live locally and wanted to fit in an appointment around work and meetings. They were flexible and allowed me to reschedule no problem because my original appointment ended up clashing with work.
