We also know that you're probably feeling a bit fed up (to say the least) run off your feet trying to sort the issue and you're probably ready to hit the bottle (even if it is only 9am in the morning). Did an excellent high standard job when we had an en-suite bathroom fitted. Just over a year later we had a very minor (not urgent) leak at the shower controls. They responded and fixed the problem within a couple of hours! Excellent service and quality yet again.
