Friendly staff, helpful and patient. Good to still have small business where you can go and ask advice, etc. Occasionally, some of staff can be little slow and don't seem to know the prices, for example...but hopefully are being trained! Inks and recycling inks, and quick printing, laminating, etc.

These guys were an absolute life saver. Needed to print some labels and home printer was down, libraries were hopeless due to their super slow software & needed to find a local place. Westbury Inks we’re recommended to me on my travels that particular day & I wasn’t disappointed! They are warm, friendly, helpful & professional. I’ve used them several times since with no issues whatsoever. They offer so many services & would recommend them to anyone looking to have inking services met or require repairs to their printers. Spot on. I needed things made with a tight deadline. Business cards, card inserts, and a 2m folding banner. From the outset communication was great, all details were checked and guidance given where necessary. My template for the banner wasn't straightforward so had to be tweaked but this wasn't an issue. All items were delivered on time and high quality. Where small businesses like this are far superior is in the customer service. Real people who care

The service here is second to none. We had all our wedding decorations and stationery printed here and it all looks excellent. Great value for money too. I was going to buy a printer but I don't think I'll bother now!
