Paul Randall3 StarBought a stainless steel rake in April, other buyer reported theirs broke straight away. Mine lasted until September. Called the store to be sure they had some in stock for replacement, was told 5 in stock. Drove 50 mile round trip - actually they had none in stock! Draw your own conclusion. Tracking wasn't available and the Live Chat was pointless, I waited a long time and then the agent cancelled the chat... will be asking for a full refund and will not shop with Wickes again.
