liezel contreras5 StarWillliam and Ryan were prompt at responding literally within hours. They are highly professional, courteous and polite . Ryan was able to to detect the leak and advise accordingly, he was respectful of my home ,a report was yet again sent promptly with feedback and all communication was clear and backed up by an efficient system. After having had 3 previous plumbers who were not transparent and have left my bathroom/toilet in a horrid state I would not hesitate to use the 'will i am' services or recommend them to othersWednesday 27th July 2022
Omo Ijebu5 StarFrom the word go, will i am have communicated well with the whole process of replacing and installing a new boiler. They were accommodating when we had to change the date schedule. On the day of the install – a diverse and energetic team arrived and got straight down to the job. As a person who likes to project-manage tradespeople around the house – they were accommodating of my suggested preferences. I enjoyed the two day they spent here. The only improvement I would suggest is a dummy’s guide to operating any of the boilers that they install for new clients (as the manufacturers’ official manuals to boiler and thermostat are quite overwhelming).Friday 8th April 2022

Ryan is very professional, courteous, polite and efficient. From start to finish, dealing with Will I Am plumbing company was stress free, easy, very good communication throughout.
