Over the Christmas period my boiler fan developed a fault after having a lot of hassle with British gas I looked into local plumbing and heating companies for help. Will Stone have excellent reviews, and I can see why. I contacted them on the weekend to enquire about their engineer availability. They got back to me straight away and had an engineer at my property less than 48 hours later. He was professional, courteous diagnosed the problem very quickly. Less than 24 hours later I was contacted by phone to say that although the boiler is now obsolete they have managed to get a replacement fan unit and will be fitting it tomorrow at a very reasonable price. Outstanding service so far. I will definitely be using Will Stone plumbing and heating from now on.
