Such a bunch of time wasters.... arranged for a quote and asked to be called 30mins before arrival.... received the call and was at the property 20mins later.... no one shows up... called the mobile number and the chap kept hanging up.... then called the office and was told they come and waited 15mins .... I questioned how they would have waited 15 mins when I only received a call 25mins ago... to which the response was... there in nothing we can do. We can rearrange.... completely oblivious of the fact that they have wasted my time.... no apology or anything.....

Definitely not your average window company! First class service from start to finish. Initial call was dealt with professionally and promptly. The first visit from the guy who came to look at our requirements was brilliant. He showed us samples and gave us very helpful advice and suggestions regarding the front door which has turned out to be the best thing we could have done and better than we imagined. The person that came to measure up was again, prompt and professional. The fitting - I have major anxiety about people working in our house due to previous bad experiences with builders, plasterers etc. These guys were great! We were already happy because the lead time got significantly brought forward which was perfect but the fitting itself couldn’t have been any smoother. Again, prompt, professional, quick, clean and tidy. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

What a fantastic service. From initial phone call to completion was a matter of a few days only. The man who came to measure was great, he supplied all information in a straight forward manner. We were informed of the fitting date, the fitter was very prompt, and fitting the glass was done in a matter of a few minutes. Everyone we met or dealt with was fantastic. We would highly recommend this company.

Friendly staff both on the phone and in person, Jamie came to give the quote, he was knowledgeable and not pushy. The job was completed quickly and professionally (sorry I don’t know the lads name who fitted the replacements). I contacted them through recommendation and I would recommend to anyone else.
