It’s a very good shop for souvenirs. However on our visit (12/10/2021) the staff were very offhand. Two ladies behind the counter. One was eating. The other served us but never actually spoke. I spoke to her but no reply. When I caught up with my daughter later she had been in the same shop and said the exact same thing!!

Great items inside this shop, it's been one of my favourites since I was a child. However, I've got my own kids now and this shop isles are very narrow and it's busy. Still a great shop though

Good shop for the tourists where you can get many Liverpool and UK themed items to take home. Nice to have a browse around here when visiting the Albert Dock.
