Large patio done in August 2021 and in just a matter of weeks we had several loose slabs, spoke to them immediately and they promised to be round the next week to put things right. Well after months of waiting and countless phone calls they ended up cowardly ignoring all my calls and even removed me from their social media pages, last communication was back in November and I’ve heard nothing. Since then we have had more loose slabs and now weeds growing through between the slabs. Poor workmanship and even worse customer service, I think their guarantee last as long as it takes for them to pack up and leave. Really disappointing, just another company giving decent tradesmen a bad name... AVOID.

We used WLG landscapes Ltd 6 months ago to remove our concrete driveway and replace it with a block paving driveway. The reason why we waited so long to place review was to ensure there was no sinkage or bad workmanship, so now we can gladly state all is well with our block paving and we are 100% happy with the work undertaken

AVOID! Complete cowboys. Initially very happy with their service and communication. There were some delays but gave resonable reasoning for the delayed start on work.... however once completed I reported snags and Callum promised they would be rectified. Following two no shows he is now ignoring calls, emails, texts and has blocked me on social media. Pathetic customer service DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOU MONEY.

Very good landscaping/garden redesigning in November, however too much top toil was put down under turf, 6 months later the grass looks terrible, WLG have promised to come and sort it out since March but nothing, just empty promises. Now they will not even answer my calls, so we have an awful grass area that probably needs re-turfing what a waste, we feel so let down by them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Been promised visit to fix loose slabs and finishing off works. Company now ignoring and have blocked my friend so they are unable to contact. Unprofessional bunch of cowboys.
