I had a really bad experience with this company and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Once my intruder alarm was set, I had no guidance on how to manage it. The alarm used to go off during the night and when I called Darren for assistance, he wouldn’t answer my calls or he would just tell me to dial a code over the phone. I have since stopped my services but the alarm is still going off at odd hours, causing a nuisance. Darren’s response to my most recent enquiry was ‘this could have been prevented should the maintenance contract had still been in place’. Honestly not worth your money, don’t expect to receive a response once you make payment
