London, Bethnal Green. The Original Wu's Style. Tai Chi Chuan Academy. Martial art. 🚩Outside time and space. I attended the school that teaches Tai Chi and Chi Kung for 11 months. In this place they teach several instructors of various belts, green, blue, orange, while Sifu Gary Wragg teaches three times a week. The lesson takes place in three phases, warming up with chi kung and meditation, the study of forms and tai chi in a group. During the break, a cup of Chinese tea where you can socialize with others. 🚩 In the lessons, self-defense is also involved, which consists in learning the technique suitable for the purpose. The course of study thus becomes complete strengthened by internships or intensives where it is possible to participate. I personally participated in the self-defense and chi chung intensive.
