I was fairly nervous yet excited at the same time when I went to my first class, as I progressed I found my confidence growing as well as my fitness levels. In general people were friendly and helped me if I was struggling with a particular part of the form or a new technique. I feel as though I've improved a bit more physically and mentally some elements I have difficulty with but these can improve with time, cheers!

Great school teaching authentic Southern Chinese Kung Fu. I have been there for a few years. Other students apply themselves while being good fun to train with, and we have a range of activities from traditional training to lion dance and sparring. Tough to start with, but rewarding with effort.

I have been a student now at yees hung ga Kung fu Inverness now for a little over eight months. And I can honestly say that joining our school was probably one of the best things that I have ever done. I like learning the hung ga style of Kung fu so much now that I try my very best to attend all of the classes I possibly can. I have found that the qi gong exercises we learn and warm up with has done wonders for my health. So on a Monday we learn techniques and drills which develops your self defence and fighting skills. And on Tuesday we learn traditional form. Which in itself is olso a great way to work out the more you learn and practice so now any chance or spare time I have I practice very hard to get every move perfect and correct which olso helps with my memory and my focus a great deal. And on Thursday we have some traditional body conditioning training and then some freindly sparring sessions to try and put into practice our teqniques and skills we learn and have some great students who olso help me by being great sparring partners to train with and under our sifu's expert guidence I try every week to do better and better which olso helps my stamina and fitness lots. And on Friday in the past I have learned a bit Chinese lion dance which is really great fun to try but olso something very tradional in Chinese culture which is so cool but at the moment I have been using class time on Fridays as a way to get some extra practice in with trying to perfect the traditional form that I am learning for my yat cup Jr level I honestly cannot recommend our school enough to anyone who is thinking about attending a class all the students are great friendly people we all just want our Kung fu to be the best our sifu is a brilliant teacher very clearly a true expert at teaching us his skills I look forward to every class now and can't pick a favourite class because for me there all just brilliant if you have time on your hands and fancy trying somthing different and new then I recommend you give our school a try it's great for me its ten out of ten for sure 🤛👊🤜😁
