YMS Travel really saved our day!! We had a hen do group travelling to London and last minute train strikes left us without any way to make it up there and back. YMS saved the day by providing a coach for us on a very last minute basis! We initially spoke with James who was very accommodating and understanding of our situation, Sharon then took over with organising the travel professionally & lastly we had Jason as the driver - who was absolutely fantastic & chauffeured us around town between venues & home. Fantastic service from start to finish - would HIGHLY recommend!

YMS Travel helped me last minute with travel to Twickenham Stadium for a recent boys day out watching England lose to Fiji!.. We originally planned on getting the train to the game but train strikes meant we couldn’t go. James at YMS quoted us a coach a few days before the game as they were understanding and welcoming to getting us to Twickenham! Jason who drove the bus on the day, was brilliant and drove us around brilliantly to and from the game and was great at organising a meeting location after the game has ended. A professional and fantastic service all around. I would definitely use YMS Travel again. Thank you all!

As a fellow coach operator, we had a coach in Canterbury on Saturday evening which developed a fault just as our group of passengers were ready and waiting to be returned to Hertfordshire. After making a few unsuccessful calls to operators looking for assistance in getting the group on the move, I called James at YMS who immediately offered assistance. Not only did he send a replacement coach and driver to our stricken vehicle, he also went to our vehicle himself to see if he could solve the starting issue. With his help, within 30 minutes our coach was up and running and ready to continue the journey with minimal disruption to our passengers! Many thanks to both James and his driver for their help in our hour of need.

They're quick in selling tickets and promise a shuttle bus every 20 minutes. And when you return the wait is over one hour. It's allready been paid for, so the customer is no longer important. A complete rip off!!!

Had the best time yesterday going to brugge for easter! The staff were so lovely and attentive and really made sure the day went perfectly, Thank you Ben and Ian for getting us there! I would definitely recommend to everyone!! Cant wait to go on another trip
