I have contacted Shaun recently because my laptop one day decided to split the screen off (literally)! As always he replied very quickly, asked me lots of questions, shown genuine interest in my problem. The reparation took overall a day as he explained to me how meticulous this process is, which I understood perfectly. I am very happy overall, my laptop closes now very smooth, looks like new and also very CLEAN!!! He is very professional and trustworthy. Thank you Shaun x

Shaun is a skilled, honest guy, who will go above and beyond for very affordable prices. He explains thoroughly what changes are likely to be made and what work was undertaken on the device, and most importantly will be 100% honest if something cannot be fixed. My device looks and feels new, and the work undertaken not only fixed the problem, but will prevent further damage as well. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome! :-)

I had a problem with my laptop - it wouldn't boot up no matter what solutions I tried. Having dropped it off at Shaun's he quickly diagnosed that the BIOS was corrupted. He kept me updated with what the problem was and what needed to be done. 24 hrs later I had the laptop back in perfect working order. A very professional and friendly service. Quick, reliable and excellent value. Thoroughly recommended

This man is an absolute genius mending computers - he’s a really nice guy and he tells you honestly what’s wrong after a free appraisal then gives you a price and sticks to it! (Subject to checking nothing untoward found obviously!) get the job done quickly and very efficiently and although his name is “Geek” he does talk computer language or geek!! He talks old fashion “English “ to explain what’s wrong -Brillant 100% go to this company prices are fair and work is good quite simply -Thank you

I can not rate Shaun high enough. I had a reply (that was sent before he opened) 6 minutes after I sent my first panicked message and then within an hour (30 minutes of that was spent driving to him) he had my broken laptop in his hands. He kept in touch over text to let me know how he was getting on, however it decided that it couldn't be fixed. The motherboard (which apparently isnt a spaceship) was dead. Shaun managed to replace my laptop and transfer all my data over to the new one. I had so much work to do and some really important documents that I couldn't replace, so I was in a real panic. He was professional and friendly and stopped me from having a mental breakdown! I had spent hundreds and hundreds of pounds in my head and when I got my bill it was a fraction of what I was expecting. Shaun spent over 5 hours helping me today and I couldn't be more grateful if I tried. Thank you so so much 😊
