Steve (Plumbers Online) and Pete (Sureflame) removed our old bath and toilet replacing them with a new shower and toilet, replaced internal water pipes and fitted a new tap in our kitchen. They were brilliant, always cheerful, friendly, clean and tidy, explained what they were doing to us and referred to us when a decision needed to be made. They worked extremely hard with no long cigarette/coffee breaks to extend their time. If you need a plumbing/heating job done, phone these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Plumbers online set up a new watermain into my flat due to a problem with low water flow rate, and also installed a new shower and sink, and fixed a broken toilet. They were very professional, timely and I am really pleased with the work. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Remember the names Steve, and his colleague Pete of SureFlame. You don’t need any other number in your book for ANYTHING plumbing related. They repaired one shower, fitted another, installed a water softener and THEN installed a new boiler in the mother in laws flat. All carefully explained, options weighed up, professional work carried out on time and within budget. Great peace of mind knowing we now know who to call. Thanks chaps.

This turned out to be a major renovation as well as fitting a new combi boiler. Right from the first day Steve and Pete encountered difficult logistic situations and resolved these with their knowledge and professionalism. They explained each part of work that they undertook in a clear and concise way which gave us a lot of confidence whilst retaining their sense of humour, which we appreciated. The standard of their work can only be described as exceptional and carpets and floorboards that need to be taken were replaced perfectly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, they were credit to their profession and if we were able to give them more than five stars we would. Thanks to both of you. It was time to get a new boiler. The old one was struggling. Steve and one other came round, removed the old boiler and installed the new one all in one day. As a bonus, they noticed the water pressure (flow rate) was really low. We agreed they would do this as an additional job, and they sorted it out. It was a great pleasure having them working here. Hugely efficient, very knowledgeable and competent, completing the job with minimal fuss. Highly recommended. Guy
