D Kupx1 StarIf there is anything less than a zero star that is what this good for nothing deserves. I will advice you not to waste your money with these lots. I made an arrangement to get my refuse after refurbishment and paid £36 as down payment to book the date. On the day, two blokes turned up and you could tell by their looks that they are not up to the task. They kept moaning and complaining why their boss who sat in the office will send then out to do such job. They were both lazying about ,dragging their feet and would not move a muscle. I had to step in few times to help out. When they felt they have done enough, they ask me to pay them the balance that they have to leave when they were suppose to do a full load on the truck. At this point the truck was 3/4 full. They were telling they have done over the time limit when that information wasn' t passed across during the telephone conversation. I stood my ground and paid them what they deserve and they wouldn't even give and invoice after paying over £350.
Avoid them like a plague. RIDICULOUS!!!Monday 2nd September 2019
